General / Passenger Information

The Republic of Singapore is an independent city-state in Southeast Asia, comprised of one major island and 50 adjacent islets. It is home to 4 million residents, mainly of Chinese and Malay descent. Singapore has a wet, tropical climate and produces 95 inches of annual rainfall. Thunderstorms do occur occasionally and more frequently during the month of April.

Singapore is also known for being a shopping haven, with shopping malls along Orchard Road and City Hall. Come and relax in Singapore, where seasonal temps from January through July average 80 degrees F / 27 degrees C.

Located at Seletar Airport, Singapore, Universal Aviation offers ground support with office hours from 0830-1800L (available 24 hours upon request). Our office is located adjacent to the Seletar Airport terminal; we also offer ground handling supervisory services at Changi Airport. Our facility includes a private passenger lounge and a crew lounge with complimentary light refreshments. Complimentary wireless broadband Internet is available for all our customers.
