RVSM: Implemented November 2001; airspace between FL310-410 inclusive
ACAS/TCAS II: Effective 01 Jan 2005, all turbine engine aircraft with MTOW 5,700kg or more or authorized to carry 19 or more passengers must be equipped with ACASII
ICAO Annex 16, Chapter II: Singapore AIC No. 36/2002, phase out date for Chapter II aircraft is deferred to 01 Apr 2003. A subsonic jet aircraft, unless otherwise exempted, is not permitted to operate in Singapore unless it possesses a noise certificate stating that it meets the noise standards of ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 3, or equivalent. The noise certificate may also take the form of a suitable statement contained in another document approved by the State of Registry of the aircraft
RNP 5/RNP 10 Airspace: Implemented on certain routes, check Singapore AIP
8.33 MHz Channel Spacing: Not required as of 2002
Airport Fire Protection Category: 6 (No facilities for foaming of runway)
ICAO flight plans remain in system for 60 minutes after ETD
